It was a nice stay. We got in kind of late and the restaurant was closing but they made food for us and it was very good. Nice of them to stay open to prepare food (I was starving).
The bar at the Hilton was great!
The hotel location, and cleanness, free shuttle ( oh but it does come with a price)
The shuttle personnel, and the front desk. The hotel bar only staffs one person, the service is slow.
Good restaurant with a variety of beer!
Few shops within a walk
The staff was so friendly especially Ms. Yashica. I enjoyed the bar downstairs and just the room overall felt like I was still at home. Which doesn't seem to happen often for myself.
Suites were roomy
Couch had spots, looked like old milk or gak on the cushions. $12 to valet, $7 to park. Stayed at Sam's town , it was much nicer
Overall, I wasn't that impressed.
Had to change rooms because the first one was filthy. Considering the price I paid I would expect a better facility. I've held Hiltons in high regard as a hotel, but I was very disappointed in my stay. I took pictures of how filthy the first room was. Not a good experience to say the least.
Breakfast Buffet was excellent! Wait staff great service. Front desk service superb, courteous and thoughtful. We were told we needed to move to different floor due to rooms being updated, but then they apologized for inconvenience it would cause us due to my getting married on that day. The staff informed us we didn't have to move and delivered gifts to our room for inconvenience! Great service!
Initially we were told we could do early check in but wasn't informed while on call there would be a charge!
We had to fix toilet chain multiple times and bath tub drain--doesn't.
I was supposed to have a river view room, however when I arrived at 4 they said it had not been cleaned, and gave me a room with a horrible view.
had to ask for room to be cleaned both days.
It is close to all the entertainment downtown and free shuttle within 2 miles
We did not have a bad experience
The memorabilia that was displayed.
The bed was terrible, house keeping , restaurant. Trouble with getting into room that had been reserved and confirmed prior to event.
The valet and bellman were very nice men. They were very professional, helpful, and prompt...
I didn't like the quality of the room I got for the money I paid. I requested a microwave, extra towels, and a room with a view prior to my stay. I was on the 3rd floor in a room with a view of the front of the hotel where I could see guests pulling in and out. I did not have a microwave and when I mentioned it the next day to someone @ the front desk, I later received a broken microwave and asked them to take it out of my room which they did, and brought backs another one. I did receive extra towels after requesting them again...the first night we ordered room service. When it was delivered later, my meal wasn't. Once I called they delivered 30 min later but did not charge me for it. This was my 2nd time staying at this particular location. Overall it's in a great location and very convenient. I had town separate rooms on this visit...
Great place to stay
Paying to park and no breakfast
